<p>The present invention makes it possible in negative-pressure wound therapy to avoid the suction of granulations with a suction means, to prevent the backflow of exudate fluid, to facilitate separation from granulation tissue etc. at the time of removal from a wound site, and to facilitate application to wounds of various shapes. The present invention is a film-form dressing provided with a screen (10) that is used in negative-pressure wound therapy and that covers a wound (2). The screen (10) includes a fluid-permeable section (A) made of a sheet material, and an adhesion section (B) that surrounds the fluid-permeable section (A) and adheres to the skin around the wound (2). The fluid-permeable section (A) allows fluid to permeate therethrough without retaining same in the thickness thereof, and can be separated easily from the granulation tissue of the wound (2) at the time of removal from the wound (2). A cover member (4) is arranged on the opposite side from the skin across the fluid-permeable section (A). A negative pressure is formed in the space between the fluid-permeable section (A) and the cover member (4) by a suction means (5). The wound (2) is communicable with the suction means (5) across the fluid-permeable section (A).</p> |
