<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective agent having hard-coat characteristics and excellent metal adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: A surface protective agent includes: a high polymeric substance containing a reaction product obtained by reacting (a) a silane compound having an amino group expressed by the following expression R<SB POS="POST">4-n</SB>-Si-(OR')<SB POS="POST">n</SB>(where, R represents an amino group-containing organic group, R' represents a methyl group, an ethyl group, or a propyl group, and n is an integer selected from 1 to 3) with (b) at least one type of boron compound selected from the group consisting of H<SB POS="POST">3</SB>BO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, at a ratio of 0.02 mol or more of ingredient (b) to 1 mol of ingredient (a); (c) a metallic alkoxide and/or a condensate of metallic alkoxide; and (d) a phosphate compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
