<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-turbine blade that achieves high performance by a proper design lift coefficient, by which a maximum lift-drag ratio and a maximum lift coefficient are improved, while achieving low noise. <P>SOLUTION: The windmill blade is configured as follows. The windmill blade has a blade cross-section in which the maximum blade thickness position where the blade thickness is maximum is provided within a range where the position X/C in the blade chord direction obtained by dividing the distance X from the leading edge 6 along the blade chord line 7 by the chord length C is ≥0.28 and ≤0.32, and the maximum camber position where the camber is maximum is provided within a range where the position X/C in the blade chord direction is ≥0.45 and ≤0.55.
