<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw which is excellent in abrasion resistance and lubricity and can reduce occurences of boundary separation of a hard coating layer in the screw of an injection machine deposited with the hard coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: In the screw 11 of the injection machine deposited with the hard coating layer 12, the hard coating layer 12 includes a hard film layer 13 such as a TiN film, an AlTiN film, an AlCrN film, an AlTiSiN film, and AlCrSiN film, and a lubricating film layer 14 such as a CrN film, a VN film, and TiVN film. In a sectional plane of the hard coating layer 12 in the axial direction of the screw, the lubricating film layer 14 is formed by stretching intermittently and discontinuously in the axial direction, and in many layers in the layer thickness direction. Further, in a sectional plane of the hard coating layer 12 orthogonal to the axial direction of the screw, the lubricating film layer 14 is formed in an intermittent and discontinuous circle along the direction of circles concentric with the axis of the screw, and has a layer structure formed in many layers in the layer thickness direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
