<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for mounting an EA (impact energy absorbing) material, the clip being surely filled with resin foam in its root part between its flange and its tubular part, and to provide an EA material with which the clips are integrated. <P>SOLUTION: This clip 30 integrated with the EA material is used for mounting the EA material to a member. In the clip for mounting the EA material including a tubular part 31 and flanges 32 arranged at both ends of the tubular part 31, the clip for mounting the EA material has, at a root part of at least one-side flange 32, a penetration part 34 penetrating the flange.
