PURPOSE: A detachable handle for cooker is provided to separate quickly and simply a detachable handle from a cooker, in which in the state of stably gripping a main body with 4 fingers except for thumb, when a user presses a button with a thumb, an operation lever is open and the detachable handle is separated from the cooker. CONSTITUTION: A detachable handle for cooker includes a main body(10); a support case(20); an operation part(30); a pressing piece(50); a operation lever(70); and a button(80). The main body has a supporting device(12) on the front. The support case is fixed behind of a working chamber of the main body. The operation part runs back and forth from the support case with a guide of a guide roller(28). The pressing piece combines a presser portion with the supporting device of the main body to face those two parts opposite, and is connected to the operation part by a connecting hole. The operation lever is connection to fixing pins(22,24) to be rotatable, which contacts a roller(72) and a guide roller when the operation lever is open and closed. The operation lever is combined with combination grooves(32,34) and keeps a switching angle. The button gives elasticity to the upper front of the main body with a leaf spring(82). The operation lever forms left and right side boards, and a front panel. The left and right side boards seclude an entrance of a working chamber. The left and right side boards form a contact protrusion in a protrusive way. The contact protrusion contacts with the button.
