<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element manufacturing method, and an organic light-emission display device manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: To easily improve a characteristic of an intermediate layer having an organic light-emitting layer, an organic light-emitting element manufacturing method, and an organic light-emission display device manufacturing method, include a step for preparing a base member; a step for preparing a substrate, on which a first electrode is formed; a step for arranging the substrate on the base member; a step for arranging a donor film to cover the substrate and contact the exposed base member around the substrate; a step for jointing the base member and the donor film; a step for forming an intermediate layer including an organic light-emitting layer on the first electrode by putting the base member and the donor film jointed across the substrate into a laser heat transferring device to advance a transferring step; and a step for forming a second electrode on the intermediate layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
