PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for process printing data are provided to change the zoom-in ratio of a pattern or the number of lines per inch according to the definition of printing data in order to print the data of which image quality is improved. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(420) displays a user interface which can select one of the number of vertical lines per inch and the zoom-in ratio of a pattern for a printing target document. A data processing unit(430) converts the printing target document into a printable data, and an image forming unit(456) prints the printing data on a printing medium. A storage unit(458) stores the printing target document. |
