<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and efficient tire structure, without causing a crack in a chafer of a bead, with excellent durability. <P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire 10 includes a carcass 22 and a belt reinforcing structure 40, and the carcass has at least two inside carcass plies 1-4. At least the two inside carcass plies are wound around an annular bead member toward the outside in the axial direction from the inside in the axial direction of the annular bead member 14, extend toward a crown outward the radial direction, and constitute respective turnup parts.
