<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device of a bearing around a crank of an engine by which durability and life of the bearing which is used around the crank of the engine are evaluated in accordance with rolling of the bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A testing device 1 is provided with a crank motion mechanism CM which connects a piston 3 in a cylinder 2 to a crank shaft 5 via a connecting rod 4 and rotatably supports the crank shaft 5 by a bearing 6 for a crank support as a part which performs a crank motion simulating an actual machine engine, in which the bearing 6 for the crank support is installed to a base 11 via a housing 13. The crank shaft 5 is provided with a rotation transmission mechanism 18 which transmits rotation of a motor 17, and at least one bearing among a connecting rod large end bearing 7 which is interposed between the connecting rod 4 and the crank shaft 5, a connecting rod small end bearing 9 which is interposed between the connecting rod 4 and a piston pin 8 of the piston 3, and the bearing 6 for the crank support is considered as a test object bearing consisting of a rolling bearing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
