PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether or not program or the like is modified in an electronic apparatus that can record on a recording medium.

SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 includes: an application execution unit 61 that generates application output data including information to be recorded on the recording medium; a printer driver execution unit 62 that outputs control data based on the application output data; a recording unit 36 that records images on the recording medium based on the control data; a scanner 39 that optically scans the images recorded in the recording medium; and an identification determining unit 72c that determines whether the contents between the information that has been made to record on the recording medium as images by the control data and the information scanned by the scanner 39 are identical.
