<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for creating fair copy text of handwriting data that has low cost even for a personal and small-to-medium-sized enterprises, achieves great data confidentiality, and has short processing time. <P>SOLUTION: Corners for respective users are established on a server on the Internet and handwriting data that is created by an electronic pen or a touch monitor connected to an electromagnetic induction type input device, a personal computer having a tablet function, or a high function portable phone (smart phone) is transmitted to respective corners on the server. The server performs character recognition to automatically convert the handwriting data into text data and returns the data to a personal computer of each user after checking the conversion content.
