PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of light-dark contrast, output, and a reflection rate with a simple structure.

SOLUTION: A reflector part 106 is formed by a pale color ceramic compact 108 located around a dent part 105 formed in advance. A dark color resin molding 109 is formed around the reflector part 106 and holds the reflector part 106 and lead frames 103a, 103b. This structure suppresses the deterioration of light-dark contrast, output, and a reflection rate with a simple structure.
