BEVERAGE CONTAINING FERMENED EXTRACT OF RHUS VERNICIFLURA HAVING ANTICANCEROUS AND ANTIOXIDATIVE ACTIVITY, AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A beverage containing a fermented rhus verniciflua extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the anti-cancer and antioxidant activity of the fermented rhus verniciflua extract after removing urushiol from rhus verniciflua. CONSTITUTION: A beverage containing a fermented rhus verniciflua extract contains a fermented rhus verniciflua and alnus hirsuta extract using koji mold as active ingredients. The koji mold is selected from aspergillus oryzae, aspergillus kawachii, aspergillus usamii, aspergillus shriousamii, aspergillus niger, or aspergillus awamori. The fermented rhus verniciflua and alnus hirsuta extract contains 1-5 parts of alnus hirsute by weight for 100 parts of rhus verniciflua by weight.
