<p>The method involves assembling production elements to form a production cell, where the production elements are held on corresponding platforms. The production elements suitable for manufacturing of a certain plastic mold part are determined, and the platforms with the determined production elements and standardized interfaces are connected with each other. The determined production elements are assembled to form the production cells that are driven for production of plastic mold parts from thermoplastics or polyurethane material. The production elements are formed as a closing unit and an injection unit of an injection molding machine, a molding tool, a robot, a reaction-injection-molding (RIM) device, of parts of RIM device, an extruder, an extrusion tool, a calibration device, a quenching bath and a haul-off device.</p> |
