PURPOSE: A light excitation plate is provided to improve coating uniformity and optical pumping efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A light excitation plate(100) comprises a substrate(110) and a coating layer(130). One side of the substrate has uniform roughness and transmits light. The coating layer is coated on the one side of the substrate and includes one or more fluorescent substances. The substrate has a diffuser function for diffusing light. |
