<p>It is described a rotor blade (100) for a horizontal axis wind turbine. The rotor blade (100) comprises a fixing section (107) for fixing the rotor blade (100) to a rotary shaft (105) of a rotor (110) of the horizontal axis wind turbine. Furthermore, the rotor blade (100) comprises a geometrically adjusted section (101) with a root end (108). The rotor blade (100) extends from the fixing section (107) to the root end (108). A section of the root end (108) of the geometrically adjusted section (101) and a section of a guide panel (102) of a stator (120) of the horizontal axis wind turbine closest to the root end (108) are substantially coplanar.</p> |
