FUEL TANK BAFFLE FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A fuel tank baffles for a vehicle are provided to reduce manufacturing processes by eliminating welding work through installing the baffles in internal space without welding. CONSTITUTION: A fuel tank baffles for a vehicle comprise a fuel through hole(31), a plate portion(32), an elastic curved surface connecting portion(33), and a supporting portion(34). The fuel through hole is folded elastically in case of the external force affects and restored into wave shape in case of the external force is removed. The fuel through hole is formed in the exceptional position of folded portion. The plate portion comprises the fuel through holes in a row. The elastic curved surface connecting portion connects the plate portion as one corrugated shape. The supporting portion is comprised in the both end side of the plate portion for being supported in the both side of the fuel tank.
