PURPOSE: Footwear equipped with a climbing iron is provided to enable a user to easily replace only a worn landing pin. CONSTITUTION: Footwear equipped with a climbing iron comprises: an outsole part(110) which comes into contact with the surface; uppers of leather part(120) which is formed in the upper part of the outsole part and covers a foot of a wearer; a housing in which a cut hole communicating with the inside is formed; and a climbing iron(130) consisting of a landing pin preventing sliding and an elastic piece keeping coupling power.
