PURPOSE: A car seat temperature controller for a vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to install with a simple structure, to steadily control the temperature of a thermoelectric module heating or cooling air, and to prevent a damage of a device and an injury of a user by stopping an operation of the thermoelectric module heat-exchanging air when a disorder is detected in a duct transferring the heat-exchanged air. CONSTITUTION: A car seat temperature controller for a vehicle comprises a duct unit(200), a thermoelectric module unit(300), and a control unit(400). The duct unit comprises a duct(210) and a ventilation fan(200). The duct is formed for air to be transfer to a car seat. The ventilation fan transfers air to the duct. The thermoelectric module unit comprises a thermoelectric module(310). The thermoelectric module is arranged between the ventilation fan and duct or in the inner side of the duct, thereby heating or cooling the air. The control unit comprises a bimetal(410). The bimetal controls an operation of the thermoelectric module according to the temperature changes of the thermoelectric module and bimetal.
