PURPOSE: A controlling method of an image sensing apparatus is provided to increase reliability about a reset state of a photo diode and to process image data of high reliability. CONSTITUTION: An image sensing unit applies a reset voltage to a floating node by turning on a second transfer unit. An apparatus transfers a charge of a PD(Photo Diode)] to the floating node. The apparatus outputs a signal corresponding to the amount of the transferred charge. The apparatus turns on/off the first transfer unit in the predicted number. The apparatus resets the photo diode by moving the charge of the photo diode. |
