PURPOSE: A clinical material collecting and management apparatus, method, and program recording medium are provided to enable a collector to effectively collect clinical materials by automatically transmitting information related to the clinical materials to a terminal of the collector. CONSTITUTION: A user interface unit(110) provides a user interface for inputting information for the condition of clinical materials occurrence. A message creation unit(120) creates clinical materials occurrence notification messages by using clinical material information transmitted by the user interface unit. A message transmission and reception unit transmits the clinical material occurrence notification message by using the information of a collector. A clinical material information collection unit(122) collects the clinical material information transmitted from the user interface.
