The method involves reformulating SQL requests by an automatic process based on defined requests and translations into corresponding SQL in selected criteria configuration information while being mentioned completely. Tables containing fields are identified, where search criteria are applied in the fields. Representative relations between the tables are jointed. Constraints are counted on the joints. The criteria are searched on the fields. The requests are applied on a database by automated process. Results obtaining in the form of a recording list of a privileged table are consolidated.
