A prefabricated head reinforcing apparatus of a pile for construction is provided to reduce the cost of construction as a whole by decreasing physical distribution costs and labor costs by welding works, and to heighten safety at construction work. A prefabricated head reinforcing apparatus of a pile for construction comprises many horizontal reinforcing bars(10) having the shape of a ring and arranged at a certain distance in the perpendicular direction, many vertical reinforcing bars(20) arranged to cross the horizontal reinforcing bars, many brackets(30) coupled at the intersection of the horizontal reinforcing bars and the vertical reinforcing bars to be separable to couple the horizontal reinforcing bars and the vertical reinforcing bars mutually, and a disk-shaped cap(40) connected to the bottom of the vertical reinforcing bars to support the upper part.
