PURPOSE: A rotating auxiliary band device for setting the length of a material in a horizontal bending machine is provided to support the ends of a material through minute adjustment according to the length of the material. CONSTITUTION: A rotating auxiliary band device for setting the length of a material in a horizontal bending machine comprises a rotating support(71) and an auxiliary band(68). The rotating support is installed on a work table and has a rotating motion on a horizontal plane. The rotating support is formed with a groove on the top thereof. The auxiliary band is formed to rotate with the rotating support and supports the ends of a bus bar material(6) for setting according to the size of the bus bar material. The auxiliary band is slid lengthwise in the groove of the rotating support and receives angular moment caused by the movement of the bus bar material during the bending of the bus bar material.
