<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styling cosmetic allowing setting of hair without hardening, firm setting even for vellus hair and fine hair while exhibiting basic performance possessed by a wax such as a firm hair bundle feeling and easy adjusting, and sustaining of a prepared style with a light finish for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The styling cosmetic includes: (A) 0.1-2.0 mass% of a urethane-based thickener; (B) an acrylic thickener; and (C) waxes.
