<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can facilitate manufacture while reducing the manufacturing cost even when the size of a light-emitting diode is small or a large number of light-emitting diodes are connected. <P>SOLUTION: In the light-emitting device, light-emitting diodes 5, 7 each having an anode connected with a first electrode 1 and a cathode connected with a second electrode 2, and light-emitting diodes 3, 4, 6 each having a cathode connected with the first electrode 1 and an anode connected with the second electrode 2 are arranged mixedly, and the plurality of light-emitting diodes 3-7 are driven by applying an AC voltage between the first electrode 1 and the second electrode 2 from an AC power supply 10. Since it is not required to arrange the polarity of the plurality of light-emitting diodes 3-7 connected between the first electrode 1 and second electrode 2, a step for arranging the polarity (orientation) of a plurality of light-emitting diodes is not required when manufacturing and thereby the manufacturing process can be simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
