PURPOSE: A system for managing low carbon waste process based on a ubiquitous is provided to share the moving/processing information of the waste in the city communication platform based on LBS. CONSTITUTION: A waste treatment management device(120) determines the type of waster based on the information about the waste. According to the determining result, the waste processing management device calculates incentive point which is obtained from a person who discharges waste. The waste processing management device transmits information about the incentive point to a first terminal device(110) through an interactive communication by a web 2.0. |
