<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder attachment that can be easily attached to a ladder body and that enables safe and sure attachment of an expansion component for enhancing safety of ascent/descent. <P>SOLUTION: A ladder attachment 11 for being detachably attached to a building-side surface at an upper end 13 of a ladder includes: a pair of upper and lower crosspieces 23 that are parallel to rungs 19 and that are protruded from right and left stringers 17; a pair of vertical stringers 25 that are disposed inside the right and left stringers 17 in parallel with the stringers 17 and that fix the pair of crosspieces 23 at upper and lower ends; and a pair of U-bolts 31 that make nuts 27 screwed to both ends 21 passing through the vertical stringers 25 in such a manner as to sandwich the rungs 19 from the other side of a building and that detachably fix a base frame 29, comprising the pair of crosspieces 23 and the pair of vertical stringers 25, to the rungs 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
