A method is provided, including providing an annuloplasty prosthesis (10, 600), and coupling the prosthesis (10, 600) to a native mitral valve posterior annulus at a plurality of locations on the prosthesis (10, 600), including coupling two of the locations on the prosthesis to two sides of a middle scallop (P2) of the posterior annulus directly opposite small commissures at (a) a junction of a lateral scallop (P1) of the posterior leaflet and P2, and (b) a junction of P2 and a medial scallop (P3) of the posterior leaflet, respectively. Other embodiments are also described. |
