<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to which various base materials can be applied and which can exhibit functions of an inorganic fine particle satisfactorily and is obtained by firmly fixing the inorganic fine particle onto the base material. <P>SOLUTION: The structure is obtained by forming a B layer on the base material while interposing an A layer between the B layer and the base material. The A layer includes a specific copolymer comprising a diol (meth)acrylate compound monomer having a urethane bond as a constituent unit and the B layer includes the functional inorganic fine particle.
