PURPOSE: An SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) operation method of a regression coefficient vector, an operation apparatus, and an operation system are provided to induce a regression coefficient vector from quantity analysis information. CONSTITUTION: A regression coefficient vector generator(310) induces a regression coefficient vector from an object material spectrum. A correlation coefficient generator(330) calculates a correlation of the regression coefficient vector. An absolute average error generator(320) generates average error of the regression coefficient vector. A signal component extractor(340) extracts a signal factor of the regression coefficient vector. An SNR operator(350) operates an SNR through the coefficient.
