<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately provide upload of image data by making an attribute shown by image data available as one of upload conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone 10 comprises a camera module including a camera control circuit 36. Once an imaging operation is completed, image data is stored in a flash memory 32. In the mobile phone 10, image data is stored and when a standby state is kept, a processor 24 analyzes an attribute (such as luminance value) shown by the stored image data. The processor 24 determines whether or not the analysis result of the stored image data satisfies predetermined conditions (for example, "luminance value 80% or less") based on a filter stored in RAM 34.
