The clamping apparatus has a clamping arm (17) that is rotationally driven through a bar actuator (6). A pivotal shaft (12) is arranged in the toggle joint (11) located in a clamping head (7). The pivotal shaft is extended reciprocally from the clamping head to form end portions. A guide arm (40) is arranged pivotally on the end portion of clamping arm and pivotal shaft. A carriage (51) in the guide arm is arranged at opposite end portion of the clamping arm and is movable orthogonal to clamping arm plane (57) around limited movement.
