<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a combined machine comprising a fixed punching head and a movable laser cutting head having movability different from the punching head. <P>SOLUTION: The combined machine is adapted for punching and laser cutting of a flat sheet metal. The machine comprises a fixed base 1, a fixed punching head 7, a fixed laser cutting head 10 and a manipulator 4 for the movement of the sheet metal 6 on a Cartesian plane XY.
