<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of a flange for providing a flange having significantly improved accuracy compared with a photoreceptor drum using an injection molded flange formed by using a conventional metal mold, and ultimately contributing to an image forming apparatus to have highly accurate image quality. <P>SOLUTION: A processing method of a flange that is attached to a drum fitting portion side cylinder surface, respectively for both sides of a photoreceptor drum includes a step for cutting both a drum fitting portion side cylinder surface and a center reference hole in a state where a gear portion, which is included in the flange, is clamped once to a chuck of a lathe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
