PURPOSE: A touch pen and a touch screen device using the same are provided to use an operation according to components of a UI(User Interface) device, thereby executing a writing function or a drawing function by a wired or wireless communication module. CONSTITUTION: A touch recognizing unit(a) is made of LED(Light Emitting Diode)s. The LEDs emit light straight. A pressure sensor(11) senses pressure applied to the touch recognizing unit. A motion sensor(13) senses the motion, slope, and location of a touch pen. A vibration unit(21) generates vibration when a user writes a character or draws a picture on the touch screen. A control unit(17) recognizes the motion, the slope, and the location and processes information about the motion, the slope, and the location. The control unit processes information about the degree of the pressure to execute a touch function of the touch pen. |
