OXALIPLATIN NANOPARTICLES AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME

PURPOSE: An oxaliplatin nanoparticle and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to ensure stability to gastric acid and to improve bioavailability. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains oxaliplatin nanoparticles and surfactant in a weight ratio of 1 : 0.1-2.0. The particle size of the nanoparticles is 10-1000 nm. The surfactant is poloxamer, solutol, or gelucire. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of a tablet, suspension, or capsule. A method for preparing the oxaliplatin for oral administration comprises: a step of dissolving oxaliplatin in water, DMSO, or cosolvent thereof to prepare and aqueous mixture solution; a step of mixing surfactant to solid lipid to prepare a lipid mixture solution; a step of adding lipid mixture solution to the aqueous mixture solution to prepare emulsion, cooling, and drying to prepare a solid material; a step of putting the solid material into a reactor and adding supercritical fluid gas to remove solid lipid and cosolvent to prepare the nanoparticles.
