PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foam sheet body avoiding a damage such as a cut in the selvage before reaching a molding roll with retaining easy moldability of a cap. SOLUTION: A cap film CF manufactured by forming a plurality of projecting caps CFa by heating a film made into the film in advance and by performing vacuum forming or air-pressure forming thereof is welded on a flat back film BF made into the film in advance under a non-heated condition through a sealant layer P comprising a molten resin successively extruded from a flat die 5 under a thermoplastic condition.
