PURPOSE: An LED lighting apparatus is provided to broaden a contact area with an air and heat transmission by forming a heat sink into a plurality of heat pipes and discs. CONSTITUTION: A lens unit(10) releases the light generated from an LED chip(21) to the outside. A mounting area(20) includes a plurality of LED chips which generates the light. A cover(30) covers the outer circumference of a plurality of discs(50). The cover is securely supported in the LED lighting apparatus through a structure which is combined with the mounting area. A heat sink body(40) is formed in the lower part of the mounting area. The disc is inserted into a plurality of heat pipes(41). The heat sink body, the heat pipe, and the disc are organically combined. A socket unit(60) is combined with the mounting area through the disc.
