PURPOSE: An unlocking device of door lock for opening a door is provided to have a panic function which improves the convenience of operation of a dead bolt and latch bolt. CONSTITUTION: An unlocking device of door lock comprises a retractor, a key(11) and indoor and outdoor handles. The retractor includes a dead bolt and a latch bolt. The key runs the dead bolt and latch bolt of the retractor. The indoor and outdoor handles operate the latch bolt and dead bolt of retractor to open a door. The indoor and outdoor handles have a space unit(13). The space part includes an elongated groove(22), a push unit(23), a spring insertion hole(24), a rotation projection(25), and a coupling hole(21).
