PURPOSE: A device for measuring ingot steel amount by using an inside image of an electric furnace is provided to measure ingot steel amount without additional delay time and additional input. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring ingot steel amount by using an inside image of an electric furnace is as follows. An inside image of the electric furnace is taken to obtain a boundary line image between the furnace body and molten steel(S1). The boundary line between the furnace body and the molten steel are extracted from the image(S3). A steel height is obtained from the boundary line furnace between the furnace body and the molten steel. The molten steel volume is obtained based on the texture information and steel height of the furnace(S4). The ingot steel ton is obtained from the molten steel volume.
