PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND CAMERA MODULE WITH THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A printed circuit board and a camera module including the same are provided to prevent the tilt of an image sensor by horizontal mounting reference surface of an image sensor. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor is mounted on a surface of a first area. A conductive via is formed in the first area for inter-circuit and layer connection. A second area is exposed from the image sensor. A dummy via(140) is electrically blocked with the circuit. The dummy via implements uniformity of the conductive via. The dummy via prevents the tilting of the image sensor.
