PURPOSE: A foaming agent composition is provide to have low k-factor value, low global warming potential, low molecular weight, low cost, and optimized performance in wide temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A foaming agent composition comprises 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluorobutene (1336mzzm), 1- chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro propane (1233zd), and additives additionally. The additives are at least one selected from a group consisting of a secondary foaming agent, polyol, a surfactant, a polymer modifier, a coloring agent, dye, melting enhancer, an ignition inhibitor, a flame retardant, an antimicrobial agent, a viscosity reducing controller, fillers, a vapor pressure controller, a nucleating agent, catalyst, and combinations thereof. |
