PURPOSE: An isotope enrichment device equipped with an isotope generator and an isotope enrichment method using the same are provided to cost effectively supply radioactive isotopes to medical treatment centers. CONSTITUTION: Isotope enrichment devices equipped with an isotope generator include a cation exchanging part(1), a check valve(2), an anion exchanging part(3), a cap(5), and a saline solution feeding part(6). The lower side of the cation exchanging part is in direct connection with an isotope generator. The check valve is in connection with the upper side of the cation exchanging part based on a tube. The anion exchanging part is arranged at the upper side of the check valve. The cap is positioned at the lateral side of the connected part of the anion exchanging part and the check valve. The saline solution feeding part is in connection with the cap.
