The invention relates to a steam turbine plant (1) that has a steam turbine (12) and an inlet steam collection line (16) with an inlet steam collection line segment (19). Said inlet steam collection line (16) is for supplying a steam consumer and is introduced into the outlet steam flow of the steam turbine (12) at an inlet steam introduction point (21) of the inlet steam collection line segment (19), a supply steam device (18) being provided on the steam turbine (12) and having a switching armature (17) with which the supply steam device (18) is connected to the inlet steam collection line segment (19), upstream of the inlet steam introduction point (21), and which armature can be triggered and switched such that if the outlet steam pressure in the inlet steam collection line segment (19) is lower than a target pressure then said inlet steam collection line segment (19) is connected to the supply steam device (18) such that steam can be conducted, and disconnected between the switching armature (17) and the inlet steam introduction point (21), the supply steam device (18) otherwise being separated from the inlet steam collection line segment (19).
