PURPOSE: A multi-ring service providing system and method thereof are provided to offer a multi-ring service to effective subscribers by grasping the physical location of an internet terminal. CONSTITUTION: A location information providing apparatus(260) determines the physical location of a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) by comparing the physical location of the PSTN with an internet terminal. The location information providing apparatus transmits a determination result related to a multi-ring service. An application server(250) receives a call connecting request from a calling terminal. The application server establishes a multi-ring call in a reception terminal according to the determination result of the location information providing apparatus.
