摘要 本发明涉及一种流感病毒甄别与耐药检测基因芯片,其制备方法包括制备通用引物,制备亚型核酸分型探针及耐药探针,制备寡核苷酸芯片,建立RT-PCR体系,建立杂交体系。利用本发明制备的基因芯片可同时甄别5种亚型的甲型流感病毒,包括甲型H1N1、季节性H1N1、季节性H3N2、禽H5N1、猪H1N1流感病毒,并可提示甲型流感病毒达菲耐药情况。该基因芯片具有快速、准确、高通量、特异性高的优势,可为流感病毒的监测、临床诊断及治疗提供指导。
