PURPOSE: A polar shifted stator core and an electrical apparatus including the same are provided to reduce a torque ripple and cogging torque by shifting stator teeth of a stator core with a pole. CONSTITUTION: A stator core(100) is composed of a yoke(130) and teeth(110,120). A stator is formed by winding a coil around the stator core. A rotor(200) combined with a permanent magnet(220) and a SMC(Soft Magnetic Composite) core(210) is arranged at an outside of the stator core in outer rotor type electric motor. The rotor is arranged at a predetermined interval from the stator core. The permanent magnet is arranged to have a different magnetic pole around a soft magnetic powder core. The stator core is formed to have a plurality of teeth for one phase.
