THE LIQUID FERMENTED FEED USING THE WHEY AND SKIM MILK POWDER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Liquid fermented feed using whey and skim milk powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to use a useful microorganism fermentation method for producing the feed. CONSTITUTION: Liquid fermented feed contains whey and skim milk powder as active ingredients. A producing method of the liquid fermented feed comprises the following steps: mixing 50-100wt% of whey, 5-15wt% of skim milk powder, and 35-45wt% of water; low temperature sterilizing the mixture before cooling; and injecting 1-2wt% of a starter strain into the mixture for fermenting. The starter strain is selected from the group consisting of probiotics, streptococcus spp, lactobacillus spp, bifidobacterium spp, leuconostoc spp, or lactococcus spp.
